Statute of Henry III. (A.D. 1226)

The King to his beloved and faithful G[eoffrey] de Marisco, Justiciar of Ireland, greeting.
We command you that you keep and cause to be kept the laws and customs of our land of England in our land of Ireland, as the lord King John our father enjoined them to be kept when he was last in that land. In witness whereof, &c.
Witness myself at Windsor, the 29th day of June.
